Urgent Call Attention. Stop the progressive deterioration of environment

It is a crucial issue of intergenerational responsibility. A point of no return can be reached if we do not act quickly.  In 1979 -I have already mentioned it many times- the Academy of Sciences of United States warned about the increasing of emissions of carbon dioxide and the progressive decrease of the ability to recapture by the sea.  Immediately thereafter, Exxon Mobile Foundation was established with the support of several Gulf countries, and silenced the alarm of the Academy through noisy pseudo scientists.

It took several years for highlighting the need of "The Truth of Denial", the truth about what was selfishly denied.

Let’s trust in scientists. Take the immediate action that any potentially irreversible process requires. Electric cars, renewable energy sources, reduction of huge military expenditures and its application to Earth care and the major priorities, suitable for a global sustainable and human development: food, water, health, environment, education and peace.

Please do not say more ambiguous and flippant remarks at United Nations. Make an announcement of the funds that you will quickly assign for the control of current trends, and afterwards preventing similar situations. Otherwise, citizen power, a reality today, will judge you severely.

The blah, blah, blah and postponements are inadmissible concerning the vital issues for the future of humanity.

Do not forget the following: people have voice now. Make sure they do not have the need to recur to shouting.

And the “welfare society” looking the other way

The human’s lack of solidarity always takes its toll on: moral, political, economic...

The hands of the States and the wealthiest "are closed opaque," in the words of Jose Angel Valente, when he wrote "from a shipwreck, about this time, about the slowness of pain, what we have destroyed, above all in us".

Let’s read Valente and be courageous raising a popular outcry before blushing with “shame".

It is a very serious error: to authorize fascist and xenophobic public protests

Any association of this kind should be forbidden. Promoters should know that if there is something essentially incompatible with democracy, human rights and equal dignity are nazism, fascism, racism and fanaticism, because they defend the prevalence of each other.

The cornerstone of coexistence is the equal dignity of all human beings, whatever their gender, age, ethnicity, ideology, belief ... those who do not accept this conceptual basis should be immediately outside the law. Zero tolerance with the intolerant.

The violence is rooted in hatred, animosity, thoughtlessness. Those who believe they are superior are not to be granted any space in a State of Justice. Remember what happened in Spain in the years 35 and 36 and in Europe in the years 38 and 39.

Only stubborn and fanatics are now a risk that we must all reject. To accept the unacceptable has caused too many victims so that now we remain indulgent with those who are not.

It is a very serious error. Another error. And another ... And silence. And people being impassive spectator. A crime of silence.
